Meet Laurence Saul, President & CEO
Laurence Saul is a business executive with more than three decades of leadership experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and operational change across the consumer products, food, retail, and service sectors. His career has spanned entrepreneurial ventures, private equity backed companies, and global enterprises, with leadership responsibilities throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Most recently, Laurence served as Chief Executive Officer where he led the transformation of a legacy food business by strengthening operations, rebuilding commercial strategy, and expanding customer relationships for growth. Previously, he served as CEO of a cold salad and hot side entrée organization through a successful transition from family ownership to private equity ownership while driving significant EBITDA growth and national customer expansion.
Earlier in his career, Laurence held senior leadership positions with companies including Aramark, Dawn Foods, Domino's Pizza, and The Coca-Cola Company. His work has included global operational leadership, international market development, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Laurence has remained deeply engaged in nonprofit and civic organizations. He previously served as President and Treasurer of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and has held leadership roles supporting community and advocacy organizations, including the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Locally, he has also been involved with youth athletics throughout the Mercer County region.
Laurence earned his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He and his wife Sarah have been married for thirty-seven years and have two adult children, Kate (who needs a kidney) and John.
