Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss. This book is a masterclass in influencing others, no matter the circumstances.

After a stint policing the rough streets of Kansas City, Chris Voss joined the FBI, where his career as a hostage negotiator brought him face-to-face with a range of criminals, including bank robbers and terrorists. Reaching the pinnacle of his profession, he became the FBI’s lead international kidnapping negotiator. Never Split the Difference distills the Voss method, revealing the skills that matter most when it comes to achieving your goals in both your professional and personal life.

If you are interested but don't think you will have the time to read it- come anyway. It is a great discussion with peers about the ideas that the book brings up. We have one person summarize the chapters we are discussing and all can participate even if you haven't read the book!

  • May 21, 2026 8:00 am
  • May 28, 2026 8:00 am
  • June 4, 2026 8:00 am
  • June 11, 2026 8:00 am

Once you register you will receive the agenda and can sign up for a week to present. Each week we will meet on zoom to discuss the chapters and the presenter will have updated the agenda with a summary and discussion questions.
